Notify of my XPT Status

Cadets who are placed on an XPT status must notify their chain of command.  Cadets should make sure that they give a copy of their Infirmary visit slip to their Physical Readiness Officer who should in turn notify the company clerk and the Physical Readiness Program Manager.  

Cadet's can scan and email their XPT slip directly to the CPRPM however, this does not relieve the obligation to notify their chain of command.
