Domingo, 40, was on a one-year leave of absence from the Charleston police department where he worked as a law enforcement officer since 1991. He was a medical officer in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserves. In Iraq, he was working for DynCorp International, a defense contract company, as an international police liaison officer, training Iraqi police.
A psychology major, Domingo was a member of Romeo Company. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Domingo.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17 in Summerall Chapel. Burial will be private. J. Henry Stuhr Funeral Home, Greenridge Road Chapel is in charge.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce Lyne Pegarido Domingo; his parents; brother, Valintinus (Val) Ducusin Domingo; and his paternal grandmother, Leona Ponce Domingo.
