Mandated Alcohol Intervention
As part of the sanction process for a recent alcohol violation, the Assistant Commandant for Discipline (or another University official) has requested that you complete a two-hour alcohol program through the Campus Alcohol and Drug Information Center (CADIC). This two-hour program is divided into three parts:
- Part One will last approximately 30-45 minutes and includes a questionnaire that asks about your particular style of drinking (and drug using) as well as questions about your general health and wellness.
- Part Two will last approximately 45-50 minutes, occurs (usually) one week after Part One, and includes feedback about the results of the questionnaire you completed during Part One.
- Part Three is a brief, five-minute survey completed online. This survey is sent to your Citadel email address three-to-five weeks after completing Part Two.
You can schedule your initial appointment quickly and easily by accessing CADIC’s Online Scheduler. Once you access the online scheduler, you can view all available appointment times and select the one most convenient to your needs.
If online scheduling is not your thing, you can request an appointment by phone (843-953-0510), email (email@example.com), or in person (Mark Clark Hall, Suite 227).
If this is a required program assigned by the Assistant Commandant for Discipline, please remember to schedule your first appointment by the date indicated in the email (and memo) sent to you by the Assistant Commandant for Discipline or his/her representative.
If you have questions or concerns—or need any assistance at all—do not hesitate to contact me by phone (843-953-0510), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or in person (MCH/227).
