Character Pillar

Within the character pillar, cadets learn leadership skills primarily associated with the core values of respect and honor, integrity, moral courage, and ethical decision-making and behavior. It incorporates both the Cadet Honor Code’s emphasis on honesty and the Citadel Training Manual’s emphasis on mutual respect and trust.
